What do these ratings mean?

This games is teh best evar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One tme there wuz a brut and i waked him in teh head and he dieds. wat other game can you do thats hiuh? huh?  and ps3 sucks so you better buy 360'ssssss and there are sp'asers (short for spartan laser LOLZ :P)  so buy tis game!!!!!
