What do these ratings mean?

I've been playing the Halo series since the release of the original Halo, and I have to say that all in all Halo 3 was not all I was expecting or wanting. I am not a big fan of xbox live therefore I don't have an account anymore (not saying that live is a bad experience just my opinion).  It was advertised that Halo 3 was going to offer more for those online gamers and Halo 3 did just that. However, for gamers like myself who is more into coop missions Halo 3 was sort of a let down. The graphics were great, the game engine was great, but it was aparent very early in the game that the game was not designed for that type of game play. All in all Halo 3 was Okay, I beat it on legendary and put it back in it's box and have not played it in over four months. Where as with Halo and Halo 2 which I still play. Would I buy Halo 3 again? Probably not, and if I did it would only be because of loyalty to the first two.
