What do these ratings mean?

I just happen to be online to read a review from someone who says Halo 3 sucks.  If you are reading this than you probably know which review I'm talking about.  I played Halo 3 and it was a great experience as always to play Halo.  The controls are simple to learn, campaign mode was good even though I think it could have been longer, and of course the online play was flawless.  I like the online game, humans vs zombies.  That was pretty cool.  I also like the new weapons and vehicles too.  There are a few things i didn't like.  One was the Needler.  I like the fact that it was a stronger weapon, but I feel that it was made too strong.  When two players have a sword and hit each other at the same time doesn't either one, but its a standoff, i didn't like that either.  Other than one or two more things i didn't like about Halo 3, its a great game that has been add to the Xbox 360.  If you disagree go kill yourself.
