What do these ratings mean?

Halo 3 is good as the other Halo games, just short though. But i love HALO so i have to grade it A+.  I love the graphics i think Halo 3 game really pushes the X Box 360 graphics to the limit! Really makes you think how the military is gonig to be in the future, heck? maybe Spartans will come true?
