Grid 2 surprised me. I was going through the motions, getting used to the cars and their handling, when suddenly something happened. I started having fun.

State of Decay Review
Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

What do these ratings mean?

Well, here's your chance to live a zombie apocalypse from the safety of your own home. Left 4 Dead is a first person shooter set in a time where zombies have taken over. There are four playable characters to choose from, but they all play the same, it's basically shoot, reload, move on, and shoot some more. Now at first this may not sound so fun, before you exit this page, let me tell you, it's by all means fun, for a little while anyway. Now, you'd have to be sick to say that you hate killing zombies. Anywho, the game takes place across four campaigns. The first is set in city in which you try to get to a hospital. The second is set out in a small town. The third is trying to get to an airport, and the final campaign is set in the woods which out of all of them, it was the creapiest. The A.I. dubbed the, Director, will knock up the number of zombies and special infected that come around. If you are doing exeptionally good, expect a large wave of the horde to come through. The Director also, expecially if you're doing good, will throw a few special infected at you, which are, The Smoker (who will snare you with his long tongue.) The Boomer (The Boomer, being the most common) The Witch ( she'll incapacitate you in no time, this is why you must avoid her.) The Tank( the largest and toughest of all of the special infected) and The Hunter ( who is an amazing jumper and can pin you easily. The whole point in Left 4 Dead is to fight the zombies with up to 3 other people and make it to the next safepoint. Each campaign has five chapter, with each beginning in a safehouse. You will usually have a choice between a SMG and a shotgun in the earlier levels of the campaigns, but later you'll get an Assault rifle, an auto shotgun, and a sniper rifle. The weapons are pretty tame here. You can only carry one explosive, such as a Molotov Cocktail, or a pipe bomb. The pipe bomb is expecially useful as the horde are drawn to a flashing light on the bomb. Unfortunately, there are not any rocket launchers which would be useful for easily taking out the Tank, as I previously stated he has the most health of all of the special infected. The ally A.I. on single player is really good, but unfortunately they are to good, and they're a little to happy with using the health kits, but if you're getting this game, it's not for singleplayer, it's for multiplayer. Unfortunately enough I didn't have the game rented long enough to test the multiplayer, but from what I've heard, it's suppose to be good. All in all, this game's good, but it get's really repetitive really fast, but you'll still get some fun out of it anyway.
