T What do these ratings mean?

When i played this game i was so happy that i wasnt after the ring. But now i wish i was. this game is so boring. at first it seems fum because you get to build and everything. then theres nothing to build then you go online and after a while you figure that thats easy because the opponents are in the same spots. and they also say the same stupid phrases over and over again but what seemed the worst was the lack of a toolbar. why did it have to go on and make an appear toolbar. I think they just had a lack of creativity for all the buttons (or the game) and needeed to fill them. In my opinion this game blows.
