What do these ratings mean?

Mafia 2 is everything the GR rewiever says it is, but if you want to be able to "free-roam" and have those side quests, etc. I recommend getting "The revenge of Jimmy" add-on. (which the special edition packaging claims to be ps3 exclusive - I'm not sure about that though)
