What do these ratings mean?

The game has great graphics.  I like how there is an mulit-choice responces to the npc's. The character builds ar top notch. Could've done a litte better with the creat-a-charcter. There's kind of restiction of naming the charcter, but other than, it's all good. I like howu can have a romantic subplot. The gamplay is surreal. You can actually the facial expressions of the charcters. It's kind of repentive with the choices of what you get to say to the npc's.
