What do these ratings mean?

This is quite possibly the worst sandbox game I have ever played.

Everything about it was flawed.

Its controls were clumsy and incomplete, certain functions just didn't work, such as first person viewing in a vehicle, certain vehicles would do it, like unarmed ones and APC's, but unlike the unarmed vehicles, the APCs couldn't freely look, it was locked straight, and its turret could fire. It was lame. You can't zoom or hit at a distance with vehicles either.

All of the helicopters were blocky and lame, but to be fair they were the ONLY satisfying weapon in the game. Everything else was completely underwhealming and when I say Everything? I mean everything!

Nuclear bombs did about nothing, they were less destructive than a carpet bombing, and uglier than a vietnamese war vet that was splashed with napalm, it was basically a bunch of crappy orange and red meshed sprites trying to be a mushroom cloud. They looked lame. Pretty much every weapon was delivered akwardly too, it didn't seem real at all.

When you would fire cannons of any sort they would arc after a few yards, like we're still playing Battlefield 1942

The sound was absolutely terrible, I had headphones jacked into my Flatscreen TV, really expensive ones with crystal clear hi-fi sound, and I CLEARLY heard the distortion effect on everything, like when you watch videos on Youtube. The sound quality was horrible. I even took my headphones off and heard it on the TV.

The games physics was broken too, when you would use the slide ability, your car would slide down the street like an ice sled.

Another thing that it had, were disproportionate speeds for a lot of the vehicles, regular cars were faster than helicopters, some sports cars were faster than jets.

Everything was ugly, the water had clear grids on it, it was unfinished.

This was a rushed product, and all of its functions were broken and unfulfilling, the story was short and extremely disappointing. This game appears at first to be leading into a high content endeavor but it doesn't, it stops about the time you pick a side, Chinese or Allies.

3 missions into each side and you finish the game.

This game. No matter what anybody says has proven to me at least that most people making games for us these days are bullshitting it the whole way and not knowing their limits simply because they want to keep up with the graphical buzz as if it's going to pay off.

If someone were to make an RPG in the old Sprites that made Diablo 2 so famous with the kind of funding put into games today, it would look good and sell well. I mean it's like looking back at Roman or Renaissance art and abandoning it's style simply because it's old.

There are limits to everything, it's about the tool in your hand and the devotion of your arm.

This game is what Limbo of the Lost was of RPGs.

You're better off buying this when it's in the bargain bin.

Man your full of hate! Cant believe someone with that kind of hate towards stuff is not in a crazy house, just keep your hate mail to yourself and try to be two sided when reviewing a game you idiot, i would like to see you do better in making a game. which you probably can't!

WHY?Because you're playing a goddamn sandbox game. If you want a realistic driving physics play a driving sim. If you want a more responsive chopper control play a flight sim. Do you think people really care about the real relative speed of vehicles in a video game? You're the kind of people who thinks Crysis is the best game ever created merely for realism. You focus more on the graphics than the actual gameplay and its replay factor. Therefore your credibility is questionable.rnrnP.S.rnrnYour analogies suck.

I'm a game designer and let me tell you something you know nothing punk, you have no idea how difficult my job is, I've worked for the longest time, spending late nights at work trying to make something look just right, just so you and your friends could have a good time. When i see garbage like this, it makes me want to limit gaming to other game developers solely because they understand how hard it is to make such things. until you gain the respect for other games and their makers, I suggest you leave gaming to the people who can appreciate it for what it is! Everyday you exist is a tragedy to man-kind!
