What do these ratings mean?

I loved this game!!!!!

The thought of someone jumping from roof to roof fighting cops is awsome.

The suspense builds up when you jump off a building and wonder if you're gonna make it.

 The only problem is the fighting!!! IT SUCKS BALLS!!!
