What do these ratings mean?

I know this game is mainly about multiplayer but I think they could have made a better single player campaign to be at least as good as the previous Modern Warfare campaign. The graphics are as expected for this game and they have continued to use the same control scheme which is great, For all the pre-release hype this game had I expected a bit more, but overall it is definitely a must have for your collection. It is worth the $60 in a year where we had many lemons at that price point.
