What do these ratings mean?

Still a long ways away from a good college football game for 360. Game modes have gotten alot better. But gameplay just isn't too impressive. The players run an 8 second 40 for some reason. Players will juke about 5 yards to the side. And trying to pass and then switch to receiver isn't like its was on ps2 back in the day. This game needs to have improvement in 09.
