What do these ratings mean?

It i tell for the best graphic Xbox 360 racing game . i will tell you Project gotham racing 3 . this is more better than the 1 and the 2 ( of course) . It looks like the car was very great graphic is like a excellent racing movie . And the difference with the 1 and 2 is we can buy car like real life and the are classified by speed .
