What do these ratings mean?

What a major disappointment!!! I hate this game the only mode i play is terrorist hunt. Graphics are like a crappy xbox original game. Online deathmatch always lags no matter how good your connection is,  cant' cook grenades, can't throw grenades far, no melee attack,  very difficult to shoot someone  in multiplayer,  in team deathmatch your team spawns in the same spot every single time so there are always spawn killers waiting there, all the guns sound the same, and list could go on for ages. Save your money and rent it or just buy Call of Duty 4. The only posative thing is story mode and terrorist hunt ,  and still not too impressed.
