What do these ratings mean?

Rock Band, the highly anticipated game was fun, enjoyable but it's biggest pops are it's loudest weaknesses. It doesn't hurt that the PS3 Guitar Hero guitar's don't function with Rock Band even though that was promised before it's release(thanks Activision) so any of you that bought it and just wanted to use your GH guitar...I am sorry for. Rock Band is a great game just like Guitar Hero but most people fight over who plays guitar or bass so it ends up with someone doing vocals unwillingly or drumming with no passion. I enjoyed the playlist but it still wasn't as good as GH 2 or 3 to me. I find myself going back and playing Raining Blood by Slayer, Hanger 18 by Megadeth, Thunderhorse by Dethklok, Knights of Cydonia by Muse or Through the Fire and the Flames by DragonForce. Honestly where's the DragonForce Rock Band??? Overall it is fun gameplay and amazing multiplayer, online sucks and it just seems like Guitar Hero with drums and singing if your into that. I was impressed in certain areas such as the solo's highlighted in blue and the part where you just get to jam but was offset by a tracklist that was lackluster to me and is only made good by downloads while GH3 had a great tracklist without a single download.
