What do these ratings mean?

I thing they did a real good job on the graphics and all of the diffrent outfits and intros. I relly hate the fact that each person dosent have there own story line. I dont like that you have to unlock the same few outfits for each character. But I still like the music. It wouldent hurt if the added more match types and a few new characters. They dident give each characters enought basic moves and the specials are pretty good.
