What do these ratings mean?

Wow, this game is mind blowingly fun. The physic effects can be hilarious, along with the awesome explosives. This game does leave out some of the vehicles from GTA, (planes, etc.) but hell, I never even bothered trying to use those anyways...Being able to revive homies, crack safes, and do some interesting side missions makes up for it. If driving around a car with some ho's in the back while trying to escape a rival gang DOESNT SATISFY YOU, I don't know what will!!!!
