What do these ratings mean?

When i played this game for a couple of hours i could tell that it was largely influenced by GTA just with a few added extras like: Robbing a schop, driving strippers to men to have fun and custom character. It is fun with a few naughty games >:P i did feel let down about the graphics though it wasn't what i expected it to be like for an Xbox 360 or my projector my of been a bit dusty but it still is a good game.
