The recent blog, Peace in the Era of Call of Duty  really made me think about war games that dig deeper than simply a kill streak reward. The first game that came to mind was Spec-Ops: The Line and although I haven’t played it, I began to wonder if it did the war genre as...

What do these ratings mean?

Welcome To Stillwater, A Little slice of hell.

Saints row comes on to the 360 as the first GTA style game. so you start off by making your character, probably a PIMP with the long coat cloak and the PIMP hat with the huge feather. This is a must buy game for 360 as soon as you get it you will enjoy all it's features, punching people, shooting people and running them over. The are seveal gangs that own part of Stillwater, YOU only have a small part but as you progress throug the game you will take parts off gangs, but they can also attack your parts to get it back so hopefully you will come and save the day.

The gangs are called 3rd Street Saints(YOU), Westside Rollerz, The Los Carnales And Vice Kings, and when you look on your map they are all labbeled in the colours, 3rd Street Saints(Purple), Vice Kings(Yellow), Westside Rollerz(Blue) And Los Carnales(Red). Now all the gangs have there bit of big or small teritory, The Westside Rollerz own the most. When you do missions they will be flashing on your map for either of the gangs you wish to do a mission on and do enough you will earn respect from your gang and take over there territory.

There are a veriety of weapons you can use but the bigger and better the more expensive it will be, the weapons you can have are, handgun, Machine gun, Shotgun, Grenade, Rocket Lancher, Sniper and your fists. So as always on games like this you have your Health Bar which heals up of a short time without taking damage, a orange bar which is how long you can sprint for and underneath you have your purple bar, Respect bar -WARNING- Killing your own gangs members make loss for your respect bar-WARNING-.

And as any designed game like GTA you have your classic cheats that when put in and activated will disable all your achivements. A vararety of these cheats invole No Cop Noteriy, No Gang Noteriy, Guns, Milk Bones, Repair Car etc..

When you get run over it takes away quite alot of health depending on the speed and hit area, notice when you get hit it's like gymnastics but in mid air, what's the delio with that???

So over all it's a pretty fun game but can get boring but still you will want to give it a try, if you want a new game and don't want to wait.
