What do these ratings mean?

At first look, most ( maybe all) gamers will say that Saint's Row is a cheap rip off of the GTA series and that its not going to be a good game to play.  Even though the game is like GTA... it is still a great game to play.  You get to create your our character and roam around the city of Stillwater.  You can go on a rampage and shoot anything and everything.  Or you can do activities to gain respect to do missions.  And if you succeed in a mission, your enemy's territory becomes your gangs territory.  You will also be able to earn new cars and trucks by taking over all of a rival gang's turf.  And or earn new cribs.  The game takes a while to beat.  About 8 to 9 for me i think.  Everything about the game is great... except for the ending.  Thats a F up ending, but I won't spoil it for those who haven't played the game yet.
