What do these ratings mean?

Brilliant and whats with the F's.... cmon get a life it is way better then the garbage gta had cheap weps explosions and jumps... also, if it was a copy it was way better then any gta game so far yet created.. in  most of them you have to be white and also, in san andreas you had to be black.. how stero typical was that..

    yes very sterotypical. love the review and it is better than any gta game yet but not for long. i cant wait till 10-17!

    far better the a gta game atleast u dont need to juse cheats go get wapens all the time :)
