Finally Broke My Crowdfunding Rule
By oblivion437
Posted on 01/12/15
I've had a long-standing rule to avoid getting involved in any sort of crowdfunded activities.  I didn't donate to Shadowrun or Wasteland, but I did buy and enjoy both of them (I'm plugging both of those games right now, just so you know they're good).  I haven't...

What do these ratings mean?

SHADOWRUN.... Yes, it's true, this game is remarkable. Have you played it? Then don't argue with me unless you've played it. Even if you have played it still don't argue with me cause obviously you haven't played it enough. This game is ADDICTING as hell. The game is ONLINE ONLY except for training missions or unless you wanna play some bots in single player........so like I said.....it's online only. Don't get this if you don't have XBOX live. Or better yet, if you don't have XBOX LIVE.....get it. Then get Shadorun. As a matter of fact.......if you have an XBOX 360 and you're on the internet reading this....and you don't have XBOX LIVE.........then you're a very big moron. (the only exception to this is if you live somewhere that hi-speed internet access is not available) XBOX LIVE is such a landmark achievement in the gaming world. It's revolutionary and with that we are starting to see revoltionary things happen.....like this game....Shadowrun. If you don't know about the game I'll tell you a little...first, you can choose a race.........Elf, Troll, Dwarf, Human. Each race has strengths and weaknesses. At the start of each round you can purchase weapons, magic, & tech upgrades. Basically the game is in the same vein as Counterstrike except the you capture a magical artifact and must return it to base. 3 game t ypes. Extraction is where both teams go after artifact. Raid is where one team goes after artifact and other team tries to kill them all and/or stop them from delivering artiffact to the base. Final game type is attrition, which is basically Deathmatch, though the artifact is still in the game though it's only use is whoever picks it up will gain extra money at the end of the round to buy stuff and maybe some other small benefit which I can't recall. If you like multiplayer games online, there's nothing like this available. Imagine Counterstrike with magic and spells and things like being able to fly.......see through walls..........make it so when you use a gatlin gun no bullets can hit your teammates so you can spray bullets everywhere but they won't hit your team. Spells like teleportation where you can teleport through a wall or through the ceiling. Add all that with superb next-gen graphics and environments. Play this game. Get this game. Have some fun and see what online multiplayer next generation good times are all about! I dare you.
