I give this game a B.
Bombs,
Bullets,
and Breasts.. Tons of Breasts.

Driving controls suck - but there are cool cars and breasts sooo.. it evens out.

The main character can scale massive buildings effortlessly, like spiderman almost. He is originally a mechanic by trade, which is a weird hole in the plot, but did I mention there are breasts.
