What do these ratings mean?

This is one of the best Tony Hawk games ever especialy because of the nail the trick mode.  The nail the trick mode was never in any other Tony Hawk games.  Nail the trick mode is easy once you get used to it, but when I was a begginer it was very confusing.  The game also has insane graphics.
