What do these ratings mean?

Let me start out by saying this. If you look on the back, it will have a review by something i have never heard, and it says

-Oblivion on steroids-

THIS IS A LIE. THIS ISN'T EVEN MORROWIND ON STEROIDS!

There, I said it. Now lets continue.  I've played the game a good 16 hours, in hopes it would get better. Well, it didn't.  They made the same mistake as the makers of Fable did; they said it would be revolutionary and the best RPG to every grace the video game kingdom.  The graphics aren't even as good as Fables.  Now that I've said that, I'll come up with some good things.  Some of the spells look decent, and are pretty fun. Well, after you use cheats to have enough mana to use them.   And they kinda hurt my eyes. A lot.  The combat is dull and repetitve.  There are special attacks, but those take over the spell you can use, so you have to hotkey what you want, which you'll end up doing every five minutes.  And thats not going to be very exciting, seeing as the interfaces are dull.  Oblivions inteterface and comabt system are deeper than this (I like to bash this game for thinking it could be better than Oblivion, my most played game by far, even now).  The mini-map seems nice at first, but when it gets plagued by bright circles indicating another quest, it gets hard to know whats going on.  The combat system involves you hitting the attack button four times with any weapon.  Dual wielding is the same thing, four buttons and reapeat.  And there's a lot of battles, so your index finger's going to be sore after this game.  If you decide to platy it through that is...  Oh, did I mention there's online play?  With 8 player co-op and team skirmishes or 1on1 battles?  No?  Well there's a simple reason for that.  Play it online for 5 minutes.  Just 5 minutes.  Whats that?  You couldn't stay connected for that long?  Theres a serious problem with the server which means if you have more than 3 people you're basically screwed.  And forget about summoning all of your creatures, that will lag out the server too!  The servers are worse than a platyed made free World of Warcraft server, and thats pretty bad.  Well, that about sums up Two Worlds.  How many good things did i say?  About 1/2? Well, thats a surprise.  I rarely say anything good about this game...Oh, and its easy even on the hardest setting!  You can just respawn five feet away from where you were killed, lure the monsters over to where you respawn, and kill them, because the respawns heal you too.

Wow, 16 hours? I made it 15 minutes. I have to commemorate you for that. Fable was a fun game, it definitely wasn't the best but it was pretty good.
