Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

3DS Circle Pad Has Outstanding Battery Life

Posted on Thursday, December 8 @ 08:00:47 Eastern by

I can't stand the idea of having to buy an add-on accessory to get the most out of my 3DS and its games. But that's a reality I'm going to have to face eventually. Knowing it's inevitable, I try to look on the bright side: The Nintendo 3DS Circle Pad Pro attachement lasts longer than Stride gum.

Initial reports from Japan claim that the Circle Pad add-on has roughly 480 hours of battery life on one single AAA battery. Which is good, because you're going to need a screwdriver to change the batteryand we don't trust you with tools.

The Nintendo 3DS Circle Pad Pro releases in February 2012.

Well what do you expect? The battery isn't being used for much is it.

They need to come out with a "Circle Pad Pro Ex" or some crazy name but it needs to also act as a battery pack for the 3DS. That would be useful.

I thought the original intention of having a battery in the circle pad attachment was to, you know, power up the entire thing!

3DS development is run by idiots.

I hear the circle pad extension is actually pretty comfortable, like, it's got grips underneath, rather than being just a rectangular shell.

And being a guy with big hands, I welcome such an addition. I love my 3DS, but it's a liiiittle on the small side for my hands at times.

I don't like buying something extra for an handheld... I don't feel like having to bring that thing around too.
The battery life is bad, I must admit. I just don't like to connect bulky things on my things lol :P
They need to release a better battery that we can just put in and get rid of the old one :D
