Customers like feedback. It's taken Xbox Live almost eight years to realize this. Better later than never?
Now, whenever Microsoft takes action on a complain that you've submitted on Xbox Live, you will be given a notification in the form of the picture posted above. It's an automated, rather boilerplate message that doesn't really say what kind of action was taken, but what's customer service without a little run-around?
Also, this isn't a well-timed PR stunt, as some would claim. It's too minor of a positive to sway anyone, really, so what would be the point? The bigger question is whether this feedback will transfer over to the Xbox Live service on Xbox One. We won't have to wait eight years for it again, right?
