Activision To Provide New Info On Black Ops: Declassified At Gamescom

Posted on Friday, August 10 @ 08:16:26 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

If your Vita is collecting dust on a shelf in your room, first off, what is the matter with you? Go buy Sound Shapes! Secondly, there's some Call of Duty related news set to be revealed by Activision next week that may help you cope with your undoubted case of buyer's remorse.

That's right, new details on the Black Ops 2 PS Vita spin-off Declassified will be revealed at gamescom next week. According to the latest issue of MCV (via CVG) we'll learn more about this PlayStation Vita first-person shooter in just a couple of days.

Awesome! Now we'll have more to go on than just a logo!

Michael Sportouch, Activision's European VP and GM of the Santa Monica business unit told the outlet that Declassified will "deliver a true Call of Duty experience. We are really excited about the opportunities that the Vita could offer us in terms of connecting with a new audience."

Stay tuned to GameRevolution next week for all the details.

It'd be cool if it had cross-play, but that's pretty unlikely.

This game will more than likely be a massive system seller. If Vita had a version of Battlefield I would buy one.
