Agent Artwork Leaks Out Before Gamescom

Agent is one of those games in development hell that fans of Rockstar Games and the PS3 will tout as a coming Messiah of gaming. With so little known about the title, it's easy to get carried away the speculation. Thankfully, some concept art has leaked out thanks to an artist's profile. The two shots below came with the artist's job descriptor:

Prepare task schedules for art team in conjunction with Lead Artist, Producer, and designers. Identify and review task risks and recommend solutions and contingencies. Be involved in the design process, offering advice and information from an art and technical perspective. Liaise with QA department to assist in testing plan procedures and standards. Creation of map environments and interiors for in game and cut scenes. The application and creative use of in-house lighting, portals, and exporters.

So, these are AGENT environments? And they were created in 2009? Where's the game now?

    Interior decor looks very South American. Until you get to the door arches, then it looks rather Middle Eastern. Other than that, I don't know anything about this game.

    OK SPOILER ALERT:

    I have heard from a very unreliable source that isn’t connected to Rockstar Games in anyway. My source tells me that the entire game takes place in Hollywood, and you play as talent agent to the stars. You start out as a low level operative for a major Hollywood talent agency, through long hours of negotiation and pandering to spoiled stars you slowly advance. You win the game by becoming the top talent agent in all of Hollywood.

    Hopefully they include a Good/Evil scale. I want to tell someone "You either make my shitty movie or you'll never work in this town again!"

    It'd be nice to see some more pictures of the environment. I've been staring at them for a while now, and it is starting to make my head spin. The character that is shown in some of the pictures is very oddly dressed. Those kind of clothes you generally see in games set near medieval times, yet they almost have the appearance of wasteland future clothes.

    The house is pretty much a menagerie of hundreds of years of different designs. Dirt floors, tile floors, hardwood floors. Walls are stone, walls are stucco. Some arches look normal, some look heavily Arabic.

    The only thing that suggests this could be modern or future is the appearance of what must be a power breaker, but damn, even that looks antiquated.
