Angry Birds Teases Star Wars Collaboration

Posted on Friday, October 5 @ 12:32:16 Eastern by

Rovio has tweeted the above image through @AngryBirds with the following text:

Clicking on the website linked takes you to a black Tumblr page for Angry Birds promising to reveal "behind-the-scenes content, animations, comic, and much, much more" across October. It also asks people to gather in Times Square on October 8th, 10am, as well as Toys R Us at 8am.

What do you think it could mean?

I think it means Lucas still hasn't changed his policy of licensing Star Wars to anyone & everything that will pay for it. I think it also means that this is the first Angry Birds Space "mod" a la the many versions of the original (Seasons, Rio, etc.).

meh. as I said many times before, ever since he ret-conned Mandalorians, Lucas can burn in hell with a pineapple shoved up his anus...the pointy side first.
