Aonuma Teases Majora's Mask Remake… Again

Posted on Wednesday, October 16 @ 15:58:16 PST by Alex_Osborn

The Legend of Zeldaseries producer Eiji Aonuma has decided to teaseMajora's Maskfans once againby hinting that formal news of a remake of the Nintendo 64 classic is on the not too distant horizon.

In a Q&A on Facebook, Aonuma replied to fans' request for a Majora's Mask3DS remake by saying:
I see many of you have been asking about a remake of Majora's Mask for Nintendo 3DS. It's nice to see such a strong response to this title and we haven't forgotten about Link's adventures in that world. If you play A Link Between Worlds, you may better understand what I mean by that.

Might this mean that theMajora's Maskstory is somehow linked (see what I did there?) to that ofA Link Between Worlds? We already know the iconic mask will be making an appearance in the upcoming 3DS entry (see image above), but to what end remains unknown.
