UPDATE: Asura's Wrath Demo Arrives Today and Tomorrow

[Update: Asura's Wrath demo for PS3 launches 1/10 while the Xbox 360 demo launches 1/11.]

This one will be short and sweet. As announced by Capcom last month, they will be releasing a demo of Asura's Wrath for PS3 tomorrow and Xbox 360 tomorrow the following day. (That is, if there are no delays.)

The demo will be similar to the one shown at last year's Tokyo Game Show and the one that we were shown at a Capcom event in November 2011. It will, however, include additional content not available in the Tokyo Game Show demo.

    I'm most certainly picking up the demo for this one. It could be Dante's Inferno bad, or it could be Darksider's surprisingly entertaining. We'll see tomorrow.

    Great. Every single preview I've read of this game had seriously piqued both my interest and skepticism. I just hope the demo gives us a good look at the shallow combat so many previews have been iffy about as well as the over-the-top setpieces the game seems to thrive on.

    WOW. That was honestly the worst thing I've seen in a long time.
    It's like God of War, Heavy Rain and Ultimate Tenkaichi had a baby, and Heavy Rain had the stronger genes.

    The cutscenes are the best part, and that's not saying much.

    If you're referring to our names being similar, yes that is quite a reason to pause and contemplate. I can assure you, however, that Rabbi's not a alt account of mine or vice versa, nor are we related (I hope). Just two gamers with similar names, little more than coincidence.

    The first scenario left me seriously unimpressed, but the second one left me wanting more. Not sure there's enough here to justify a purchase at full price.
