Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

Battlefield 3 Shows Off Armored Kill Gameplay

Posted on Thursday, July 19 @ 12:16:27 Eastern by

The latest Battlefield 3 DLC is just a sniper's bullet away. With September fast approaching, Electronic Arts and DICE want to make sure you see the new vehicles and massive maps Amored Kill will bring to the table.

Battlefield 3's strongest asset against other military shooters will continue to be its scalability in my mind. It looks better on PC, but performs well on the consoles. It's got intimate, infantry-only maps and massive sprawls meant for tank warfare.

The DLC package available as Battlefield Premium certainly seems to maintain this methodology. Are you a Premium member and if not, will you pick up Armored Kill?

    yes ATV is back!

p.s. I love Gun Master mode from close quarters. I hope they use some of these new maps for it as well.

Now this is what BF is supposed to be. Not damn Gun Master and Close Quarters. Exciting.

I love that these first two comments are excited by the trailer, but for completely different reasons.

I played a ton on the 360 after launch and then quit, but I feel the PC version & new dlc calling me back. So what if I have to start over from scratch & deal with Origin, right?

BF3 is the ONLY reason to deal with Origin. IMHO it's worth the hassle.

**** yeah. i stopped playing BF3 and not too sure why. but this might just be what i need to get back into it. i always preferred the larger maps. not only because of the size, but the abundance of vehicles.

also, that bomber looks bad ass. has it been in earlier Battlefield games?

Nope, it is new to the series. Unless you want to make a very skewed comparison to the Titans in BF2142.

Looking forward to the expansion, Close Quarters wasn't really my thing, although it is good for ranking up and unlocking weapons/parts.

How come you blacked out Daniel? Must admit that until BF3, BF2 was by far the best in the series.

Battlefield 1942 had bombers in Market Garden. That was the ****. You could actually fly them also. This one is just a ride-along.
