Black Ops II Outpaces Halo 4 As The Most Popular Xbox Live Game Of Last Week
Posted on Wednesday, November 28 @ 14:08:11 Eastern by Alex_Osborn
As copies of both Halo 4 and Call of Duty: Black Ops II continue to spin in Xbox 360s all over the world, Microsoft's online gaming service is certainly getting a lot of use. To no one's surprise, Treyarch's shooter came out on top last week, with Halo 4 trailing in the number two spot. STUPID, retread of an old game. Small maps. Useless sniper rifles.
Slashing someone's foot with your butterknife kills them... :rolls eyes:

to run around shooting at clones of Master Chef - a loser with a suit that does nothing - and then club them in the back when the bullets fail.

I absolutely agree that Halo takes more skill when it comes to multiplayer but at the same time it just gets stale using a BR or DMR match after match. Maybe it's just my experience but I hardly see anyone else with anything besides those two guns as they seem to be the only two that matter. (Obviously power/ordinance weapons matter, but I'm speaking strictly starting weapons)
If that is the identity Halo wants then that's cool. Halo and COD shouldn't be exactly the same anyway. Guess I'm just not as big a fan as I was with Halo 2 and 3.
