BlizzCon Skips 2012

I've often wondered what drives people to attend a gaming convention solely produced and held by one singular developer. I've been to gaming conventions where many developers and publishers gathered. I enjoyed it! But a convention for one developer, essentially one game?

I don't mean to rub salt in your wounds, Blizzard fans. Blizzcon will not be held this year in light of a heavy development schedule:

In light of our jam-packed schedule, we've decided to hold the next BlizzCon in 2013.

NO! NOOOOOO!! WHAT THE FUCK, NO!!!

Calm down! There's a Battle.net Championship in Asia at the end of this year as well as Diablo III, a World of Warcraft expansion, and possibly more Starcraft II.

    Two years now I've coincedentally gone to Disneyland the same weekend as BlizzCon. Since it ends on a Saturday, the next Sunday would innevitably be filled with fat, pale neckbeards in cargo shorts. This has led me and my dad to refer to all neckbeard nerds as "Blizzcons".

    So all I know about Titan is will have real world ads involved in it somewhere.

    They would be insane to talk about Titan this year. Diablo III is finally coming out and Mists of Pandaria will be immensely popular. Expect a reveal next year.

    Ha ha! I really like Blizzard games, but something deep down inside me wants to see them fail & implode. Maybe it's the hundreds of hours or hundreds of dollars I've spent on their games, I don't know.
