Borderlands Series Gets Major Discount On Xbox Live

Posted on Thursday, December 27 @ 09:33:19 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

If for whatever ridiculous reason you haven't yet played Gearbox Software's latest entry in the Borderlands franchise, you can pick up the digital version on Xbox Live right now for $39.99. In addition, the season pass has received a 25% discount, and the original Borderlands has been marked down to $9.99.

The sale is part of Xbox Live's Countdown to 2013 promotion, so jump on the deal while it's still valid.

Borderlands 2 was awarded GameRevolution's best shooter of 2012 and Gearbox Software received the honor of being GR's best developer of the year. If you've played their recently released sequel, I'm sure you'd agree that the team is every bit worthy of this recognition.

Nothing like downloading dlc on a drunken binge and TOTALLY bypassing the season pass that would be cheaper. THANKS ALCOHOL.
