Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 Teases Zombie Blowout

Zombies. The undead. Brain-eaters. The sworn enemy of plants everywhere. Did you think we'd get a Black Ops 2 without another dose of their popular cooperative multiplayer? You did? You idiot! Treyarch's signature Zombies mode will return, but I think there are some changes in the formula.

Luckily, we'll find out on September 26th when Activision will blow the brains off whatever insanity Treyarch has cooked up.

I can just imagine the devs sitting around a white board with the words "Near Future Zombies" scrawled in dry-erase marker. One of them jumps up and shouts "UNDEAD RC CAR!" The rest of the developers stare him down and go on dreaming up new weapons for you to blast the reanimated remains back to hell.

    Interested if there's a campaign mode. An actual campaign. Not just a map with cutscenes every few waves.

    It's the most obvious step forward, but I'm trying to play dumb so I can kind of be excited for it. I really miss campaign co-op. I don't know why I still hope for it to return. Time to go buy World at War......again.

    Same here, I have no idea how people enjoy playing it so much, but complain about the story mode being repetitive. lol, all you do is kill zombies. On one map.

    Why do people like League of Legends or similar games? To each their own.

    After MW2 I found the CoD series not worth playing, including multiplayer. I got BO for $15 off cragislist and play zombies with friends and family who live far away, also couch co-op.
