[Update: Trailer & Screenshots] Call of Duty: Ghosts Onslaught DLC Coming Later This Month

Posted on Tuesday, January 14 @ 16:10:00 PST by Alex_Osborn
[Update]: Activision and Infinity Ward sent over the full trailer and a handful of screenshots showing off Bayview, Containment, Fog, Ignition, and the Extinction expansion titled Nightfall. Be sure to check out the new Extinction enemy type dubbed the Breeder. That thing is massive!

[Original]: Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Ghosts' next batch of downloadable content, titled Onslaught, will be launching on January 28th.

The announcement was made on the official Call of Duty instagram account, complete with a teaser video. Check it out below.

The post text teases: "Something menacing is coming Jan. 28. Get ready for the #Onslaught." The add-on brings with it a new enemy, spiders, to the game's wave-based Extinction mode, and a new map is being added called Nightfall. You can expect Activision to shed more light on the DLC as we near its release.

Seeing as how Microsoft has an exclusive deal to get Call of Duty DLC first on Xbox, those on PlayStation and PC will have to remain patient for a later release.
