I'm still waiting for a clip of an alien's little mouth going through a marine's head to "Footloose"

Oh man. A Xenomorph punch-dancing montage using punch tongues and human heads would make me **** my pants with glee.

The bro-ness kind of turned me off. Also a shooter has to be really good to get me over my fear of playing in darkness.

Puss. Playing AvP2 at night, blacked out room, and with head phones scared me rough. Is it weird that I didnt want to proceed forward to avoid being scared? I think RE4 had some of this.

Am i the only one that thinks this looks horrible?!? The graphics look like it coulda come out on old Xbox. Whats worse is that i absolutely HAVE to buy it.... Im a Ridley Scott fanatic, Alien and Aliens were some of the few movies that terrified me as a child. And i was a huge fan of the old PC AVP.

On a side note (im drunk) - They should make a Childs Play video game. Chucky has a ton of stealth skills that could be fun to play with.

I think the series (at least as far as the games of the series are concerned) could really benefit from returning to the survival-horror feel of Ridley Scott's amazazing original. While the action element was a huge part of Cameron's Aliens, it doesn't compare to the terrifying face-raping of the original, and I think the Xenomorph as a silent, swift, and intelligent killer would make for a phenomenal game.

In short, I blame Resident Evil for creating and subsequently destroying survival-horror. Cheers!

I am not one to care an awful lot about graphics. Because of this, I feel it necessary to say that the visuals in that trailer looked on par with Halo: Combat Evolved.

    Jaggies. Jaggies everywhere!

AVP 2010 was actually a really good game. The singleplayer was good and the multiplayer was too.

Unfortunately the online was buggy and not well patched - I ended up playing with losers in the UK all the time. I wish I'd never bought that DLC now.

    Can't wait for this game.
