Dark Souls Delayed by One Week

Posted on Monday, August 8 @ 09:07:34 PST by

I tried Demon's Souls, but by the time I got into the game, the magic had kind of worn off. The highest-rated tips were the most helpful. Suddenly, a game that was supposed to be the most difficult in ages became a little too easy. I did, however, fall for a couple of spirits that lead me up to a high ledge and convinced me that I should walk off.

Regardless, Xbox 360 and PS3 gamers looking for a new challenge with reportedly higher levels of difficulty will want to check out Dark Souls when it launches on September 15th...

I mean, September 22nd. From Software has announced that the game has been delayed "due to various circumstances" although no further explanation was given. Dark Souls will now be competing with Gears of War 3 and Resident Evil 4 HD at retail instead of White Knight Chronicles II and NHL 12.
