Destiny Beta Now Open to All

Posted on Friday, July 25 @ 06:56:53 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

The Destiny beta is now open to everyone, developer Bungie has announced.

Regardless of whether or not you have a code to get into the beta, you can hop in and check out the ambitious shared-world shooter right now. Of course, you still do need to have an Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, or PS3, and internet access to participate.

"The Beta has been eye-opening so far," community manager David Dague said on the studio's official blog. "We've watched the world of Destiny come to life. Guardians from every platform have arrived at the Tower from their battles in the wild. We have watched your adventures with great interest, and listened to your feedback."

Have you jumped into the Destiny beta yet? If so, what do you think of it so far? Here are a few of our thoughts.
