LATEST FEATURES Being A Console Is Actually Xbox One's Worst Asset
Microsoft's newest console has lots of different features, but video games might hold the device back from the software giant's true intentions.

Everything I Learned About Call of Duty: Ghosts Last Week
I wasn't allowed to talk about the new Infinity Ward game last week when I met with Activision, and I don't have much to say now that Xbox One spilled the beans.

Doomsday Is Here In Borderlands 2 Trailer

Posted on Wednesday, February 22 @ 10:07:22 Eastern by

If you were wondering who the other characters were in Borderlands 2, you just got your answer, along with a whole slew of returning faces.

WHAT?! SPLIT SCREEN MULTIPLAYER! OK. SURE.

Vault Hunters wanted sure, but I have to admit that the first Borderlands didn't really do it for me. I think I missed the boat. I know a lot of people on GR loved the ever-living shit out of it, but I wasn't there for the co-op orgy. I'll be there for this one though.

Having seen a bunch of Borderlands 2 at PAX, I can say that it's not so dusty and not so deserted. Those are two things that I definitely wanted from the original Borderlands.

OK, are you reading this and not paying attention? Claptrap just did the robot and you missed it. Borderlands 2 is out September 18th for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. We'll keep you tuned as more information breaks on Gearbox Software's latest.

Let's just hope the game cuts down on "run here, kill guy you don't like, run back for reward" shenanigans.

Can't wait for this. The first Borderlands had split-screen too. Why can't more games go for the cel shaded look? It almost always makes the games look amazing. The idea of a cel shaded style Skyrim makes my head explode. I know developers like to go for the realism look these days, but when they embrace the fact that video games are basically controllable cartoons you get stunning results like this.

Looks AWESOME. Hopefully the gameplay is a bit less repetitive than in the first one.

I'm not always a huge fan of Cel Shaded. But I like it in borderlands. I also like the fact that they aren't going to try and scam you by leaving out local co-op like games seem to be doing alot of lately. Hopefully they do a better job of balancing the classes/skills this time around because quite frankly some of the classes just plain sucked in BL1. This trailer gave me an e-boner

I loved the first one. Yes, it got repetitive but it was fun to play with friends. I like the guy with the walking turret.
