LATEST FEATURES Being A Console Is Actually Xbox One's Worst Asset
Microsoft's newest console has lots of different features, but video games might hold the device back from the software giant's true intentions.

Dragon's Lair Moving Into XBLA With Kinect

Posted on Tuesday, March 20 @ 12:04:02 Eastern by Keri_Honea

I remember when Dragon's Lair hit the arcades in the 80s. Every time I went to Chuck E. Cheese, I would hover by the Dragon's Lair arcade game to watch people play (and lose lots of quarters). The game was so ahead of its time visually, and in many aspects, there hasn't been a game like it since. Dragon's Lair has been revived on iOS and DSiWare, and now it will be heading to the Xbox Live Arcade.

However, Dragon's Lair will come with Kinect luggage. Using Kinect will not be required, but there is that option in case you would rather physically push Dirk along instead of using a controller. It's a good thing I don't have a Kinect, because I could see me getting overly angry at Dirk and actually pushing him off a ledge or into fire. That could be cathartic, now that I think about it.

There is no word on when Dragon's Lair will release or its cost as of yet, so stayed tuned!

Was this the game that was ridiculously hard? I think I played it at an arcade/bar when I went to Vegas and didn't even really know what was going on. I just kept losing. Is it actually good if you figure it out? By all means it was not any sort of entertaining when I played it, if it's the same one. Perhaps if I wasn't spending quarters.....
