EA Details Pre-Order Bonuses For Dead Space 3

Posted on Monday, December 3 @ 13:21:49 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

It's hard to believe, but we're only a couple months away from the release of Visceral Games' Dead Space 3. If you're certain that you'll be purchasing this game come February, you may want to consider pre-ordering it now, as GameStop and Amazon are offering some pretty compelling incentives.

If you opt to reserve the game at GameStop, you'll get an “EarthGov-issued sub machine gun built for urban warfare" called the EG-900 SMG. Should you choose to go with Amazon, you'll score a Tesla Enervator, a weapon which “delivers a precision blast causing instantaneous electrocution and molecular destabilization in the target.”

Obviously both of these items are in-game weapons, not actual firearms. I believe that goes without saying, but sometimes you just never know...

Dead Space 3 launches on February 5th for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
