Microsoft's newest console has lots of different features, but video games might hold the device back from the software giant's true intentions.

Everything I Learned About Call of Duty: Ghosts Last Week
I wasn't allowed to talk about the new Infinity Ward game last week when I met with Activision, and I don't have much to say now that Xbox One spilled the beans.

Even More Black Ops DLC Announced

Posted on Wednesday, August 3 @ 16:00:46 Eastern by

Did you know that over 25 Million units of Call of Duty: Black Ops have been sold? What the hell is wrong with you people?! Haven't you had enough shooting, killing, grenading, knifing, vietnaming, first-personing, *takes breath* calling, dutying, pew-pewing, and playing online?

NO! Clearly you haven't... F***. That's why Activision and Treyarch have decided to deliver a FOURTH Black Ops DLC pack, this time rounding up some classic Zombies maps. Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, Der Reise and Shi No Numa will be bundled together with a new Zombies map, Moon, acting as the bow on top of this vile, disgusting, undead present.

There are even more screens below. I'm going to go play something that isn't Call of Duty. God help us all.

Pretty sure this'll be the last pack we see for Black Ops. It was a pretty good run, especially Annihilation.

Why would this be the last one, you may ask.
    Well, the packs spell FEAR.

This is...ridiculous. $60 worth of DLC, on top of a $60 game. Not to mention if you bought the edition that brought the original zombie maps anyways, your paying $15 for an additional map.

Sorry Activision, I don't have anymore lunch money for you to shake out of my pocket.

It's free for people who already have them.
and it's only another $60 because they supported the game.

If Halo Reach got the same amount of support, it'd be pretty close to $60.
Black Ops' packs give you five maps for $15. That's $3 a map.

Halo Reach packs only offer 3 maps. For $3.33 a map.

This is blatant money grabbing though. The entire DLC situation has gotten way out of hand, and Activision is the main offender.

All these packs, thrown together, don't even equal a full expansion set. I wasn't paying $40 for expansions back when expansions were worth buying, I'm sure as hell not about to pay $60 for maps. Maps! Not levels, MAPS!

If I own a private park, charge you $60 for general admission, then have a completely fenced off area inside, you really going to pay another $60 to run around an area, with nothing new in it, just cause it looks a little different?

The maps are new, more varied than the vanilla ones. Black Ops has a lot of features MW2 didn't have. So yes, I'm fine with paying.

Anyone who buys this DLC **** for Call of Duty can go **** themselves. It's people like you who are ruining video games, you're better off supporting some crackheads habit.

Yeah, I grew tired of BLOPS quick and I'm glad I never bought any of the dlc. I'll probably buy MW3... eventually, but it'll be sometime after BF3

I'm an avid PC gamer, and DLC maps make me sad. Does anyone besides me remember the days when most games had a mod community? Some of the best maps that I've had the pleasure to play were made by the community, and they were free! Who'd have thunk it?

How do the zombies run in space? Why are there handrails on the staircase in space? How are the zombies rotted in a non atmosphere environment? If the Earth is behind them why is the dish aimed the other direction? Why does it burn when I pee?
