Grid 2 surprised me. I was going through the motions, getting used to the cars and their handling, when suddenly something happened. I started having fun.

Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

Everything Comes To A Head In The Tenth Episode Of Halo 4: Spartan Ops

Posted on Thursday, February 14 @ 11:58:53 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

I don't know about you, but it get far more excited about the videos that accompany each chapter of Halo 4's Spartan Ops campaign than the actual missions themselves.

Episode 10, dubbed "Exodus," launches next Monday on Xbox Live, and brings with it yet another awesome few minutes of glorious CG content. For those that have been keeping up with the story, here's a brief synopsis courtesy of  Halo Waypoint:

Jul 'Mdama's final plan is set in motion, guaranteeing the destruction of Infinity and her crew. Spartan Palmer and the members of Fireteam Majestic are dispatched on a do or die mission as the events of Spartan Ops come to an explosive end!

Has Spartan Ops been holding your interest, or do you come back to Halo 4 solely for the competitive multiplayer? Let us know in the comments below.

Just rented Halo 4 from Redbox and been playing dominion and flood. Totally brings me back and the improvements are nice.

Can someone give me the lowdown on spartan ops and are all the episodes playable/free?

Spartan Ops consists of a series of co-op missions that build upon the campaign's story. 343i has been adding new episodes regularly. And yes, they are free for Gold members. This is all part of Season One. Something tells me when/if they do a second season, you'll have to pay.

There was an install for them on a second disc, not sure how a rental works with that...there's probably a download in the marketplace for them. But yeah, they're free. The missions themselves get repetive, They're similar to CoD's Spec Ops.

The excerpt sounds pretty final, is there gonna be a season 2?

Yeah the rental was only disc 1 and I already had to sit through 2gb for war games so I didn't wanna bother with Spartan Ops yet

I can't afford this game right now but my friends let me play a few rounds of big team battle a while ago. From what little I played it seems like a great new halo! Halo tho for me is a game that I love but I feel they may have "nailed" it too early. Kind of like Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare I feel that since Halo 2 they had to keep making the same game because they already did it right the first time and the only way to "fix" it would be to break it! I remember 16 player Halo 2 battles on XBL with all the proximity voice effects....I haven't enjoyed an online shooter as much since!
