Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Beta Now Open to All on PS4

Posted on Friday, April 4 @ 10:00:00 PST by Alex_Osborn

Square Enix is currently running an open beta for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn on PlayStation 4.

From now until April 7th, all PS4 owners can try out the game free of charge. If you've got friends playing the MMO on PlayStation 3 and/or PC, you'll be able to play with them, as the beta is testing out Square's live servers.

Not only that, but any progress you make over the next few days will be carried over to the final version, should you choose to pick up a copy which it launches for Sony's next-gen platform later this month.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn releases on PlayStation 4 on April 14th. You can read our review of the PC version right here.
