Fire Emblem: Awakening Release Date Announced

Nintendo hosted yet another Nintendo Direct video conference this morning, they announced a few things like the state of Pikmin 3, the release window for Luigi's Mansion 2, and a release date for Fire Emblem: Awakening.

Just in case you didn't think February was packed full enough with new game releases, get ready for Fire Emblem: Awakening on February 4th.

Nintendo Direct confirmed that Awakening will continue Fire Emblem's traditions, including turn-based military tactics gameplay and permanent death for party members.

Be sure to expect several features comparing Awakening and XCOM come the end of February/early March.

    Can't wait. I love the 3DS XL, but I want more varied software. Lots of 2D platformers at the moment.

    Looking good. I've heard the insane amount of DLC chapters will also all be localized.
