Former Halo Pro Player Joins The Staff At 343 Industries

Posted on Monday, January 13 @ 06:34:19 Eastern by Alex_Osborn
343 Industries, Microsoft's studio dedicated to the development of Halo, has hired former pro Halo player Eric “GH057ayame” Hewitt.

Hewitt posted the following image on Twitter, along with the line: "Ready to get back to work?"

In addition, he updated his Twitter profile to confirm he is now working at 343 Industries.

This is undoubtedly great news for competitive Halo players, as 343i is clearly dedicated to providing the online community with the competitive experience it wants. Here's to hoping Halo for Xbox One resonates with fans more than Halo 4's multiplayer, which lost momentum rather rapidly following its release.
