GameStop Puts The Kibosh On PSP Game Sales In 25% Of Stores

Posted on Friday, May 11 @ 12:26:50 Eastern by
Tastes like it's past its sell-by date.

While I personally believe that the PSP died here in North America some time ago, GameStop has begun driving nails into the coffin. I'm glad, though, because at least I won't have to smell that stinking rotting corpse anymore when I go to trade in games.

GameStop will stop selling PSP games in 25% of their stores to "maximize merchandising space". Which roughly translates to, "we cannot sell this shit". Plus, they have to stock the Vita now.

For all four or five of you (not you Heath, the Japanese get a pass here) who still play PSP games, you may have to look elsewhere to purchase the one PSP game coming out this year.

who cares about gamestop anymore? Every single time I walk into an ebgames its just patheitc, I remember around christmas they wanted $55 for a used copy of space marine, which if its pass was used would actually be MORTE expensive than a used copy, not to mention teh fact you could get it 100ft away for $30-$40 brand new at walmart on sale.
